Pyramid Wireless is a Bell Authorized Dealer, with 4 locations across Vancouver Island. They deliver a wide range of services to communities across the island including cellular connection & satellite TV.

The client was struggling to separate themselves from the competition in the local community and wanted to establish a complete online presence to maximize reach and ultimately bring in more customers.

We did this by building a sleek website that screams simplicity while effectively connecting Vancouver Island inhibitors with easy to consume information of Business. We integrated a chat box to provide customers with the convenience of having their questions answered with ease, and allow them to skip the lineup by booking an appointment with a representative beforehand.

We constructed a social media presence from the ground up, prioritizing authentic and engaging content unique from all others in the industry, and relatable to the target market of university and high school students residing on Vancouver Island.

Recognizing the differences in the communities of Nanaimo, Duncan and Victoria, we developed and executed ad strategies catered to each demographic to promote the ongoing promotions being offered by Pyramid Wireless.
